SWAV is a creative & innovative audio studio that provides a dynamic yet uniquely minimalistic approach at providing quality sound for all forms of media (games, film/tv, music, podcasts, and theater). Founded by multimedia designer & voice over artist Hunter Scott in 2020, he saw how important yet underrated & undervalued sound was in the entertainment industry and its many media mediums.

When using the services of most studios, you are not just paying the audio technician, you are also paying for the studio space (directly and indirectly) and all of the expensive and overwhelming toys that come with it.

The more professional, glamourous, and expensive the equipment and studio is, the better, right? Not necessarily. In 2018, director Aneesh Chaganty filmed the movie Searching, which grossed a global net of $75.5 million dollars and holds a 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The wild part about this film is that is was shot on various yet mostly everyday devices. These included a GoPro, drones, news helicopters, mini dv cameras, webcams, and even Chaganty's iPhone, which became the main camera.
